Interactive and immersive experience about time travel with AI
Illusions of Yesterday is an interactive and immersive experience project exploring both the magic and the limits of AI. The AI brings old photographs to life and gives them new meaning, using technology of the future to travel into the past.
The AI itself is flawed and limited to human imagination. The contrast between the seemingly endless possibilities of AI and the fact that the image of the past it creates is fake, a constructed one, invites visitors to think about the preservation of memories and the interchange of past and future.
