Traces of Time

Archaeological discoveries found on the construction site became the starting point for a spatial graphic system developed for a senior living complex. Ancient artefacts from the Bell Beaker period were abstracted into a family of clear, recognizable symbols and combined with a site-specific color strategy.

The resulting environmental graphics create orientation, identity and visual recognition throughout the building complex, connecting historical references with contemporary spatial communication.
